Canadian Lutheran World Relief
St. Paul’s gives to world outreach with its support of Canadian Lutheran World Relief (CLWR);.
This is done through cash donations for specific appeals made by CLWR, usually disaster relief.
Support is also provided on occasion by providing hygiene kits, learning kits and anti-malarial mosquito nets. These items are sent to the Mennonite Central Warehouse in Abbotsford, during the BC Baling Days held by CLWR for Lutheran congregations in BC.
CLWR’s “Gifts from the Heart” alternative gift catalogues are made available to the congregation.
